  • Meet Gabrielle – Pilates Instructor

Gabrielle is a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates instructor based in Calne, with a strong foundation in contemporary dance. Having trained and worked as a professional dancer, Gabrielle was introduced to Pilates at a young age—discovering its power to support both physical performance and long-term wellbeing.

After becoming a mum in 2023, her connection to Pilates deepened. It became an essential tool in rebuilding her strength post-pregnancy and inspired her to help others feel strong, supported, and connected in their own bodies.

Gabrielle now teaches group and one-to-one Pilates classes across Calne, blending her dance background with a mindful and empowering approach. Her classes focus on developing body awareness, improving mobility, and building core strength, all while encouraging each student to move with purpose and intention.

In Gabrielle’s sessions, you'll begin by grounding through posture and breath, ease into a gentle warm-up, and move through a flowing sequence of core-focused, full-body exercises. Each class winds down with restorative stretching, leaving you feeling refreshed and rebalanced. Expect mat-based work, with the use of small equipment to add challenge and support throughout.
