I-PATH ballet classes
HDDS offers ballet lessons for children starting at the age of two, adhering to the examination syllabus of . The classes are designed to International Performing Arts and Theatre. These lessons focus on enhancing cognitive and physical development, while promoting fun and friendship at the heart of these lessons.
Little One and Me Ballet
Little one and me ballet is perfect for those who are walking and want to explore ballet with their grown up.
The class explores imagination and creativity all while enhancing their development. The class is full of props and allows the dancers to explore the foundations of ballet.
ADULT CLASSES
HDDS takes pride in offering specialized adult classes, including Lyrical, Ballet, Commercial, Pilates, Barre Fitness, and adult choreography. All classes are taught by industry professionals.
Sparkle and shine
Sparkle and Shine is an Over 50s wellbeing class promoting health and wellbeing.
The Class starts with a good catch up and a gentle warm up. The Class is chair based and uses pom poms and shakers to dance to the beat. The class has upbeat tunes and good dance moves to go with it.
Finishing off with some gentle breathing exercises and gentle stretches.
jazz and lyrical Classes
HDDS provides jazz and lyrical classes that challenge and impart new skills, aiming to develop the finest version of the dancer within a safe and secure setting. Our Lyrical and Jazz classes follow the I-PATH syllabus providing industry training and knowledge.
Competition Team
HDDS Has a small but mighty competition team who travel across the UK competing in a variety of styles.
The competition team is audition only and these take place at the start of summer.
