Welcome to our vibrant, inclusive dance school
A place where every dancer is valued, supported and encouraged to shine.
Founded by Miss Harriet, whose own experience with ADHD inspired a fresh and understanding approach to teaching, our school is built on creativity, compassion and confidence. We believe every student should be able to learn in a way that works for them.
From our purpose-built studios, we offer ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and more. Whether dancing for fun, building confidence or working towards the stage, every student will find a welcoming space to grow and express themselves.
Alongside weekly classes, we offer our auditioned HD Dance Company, a Competition Team, children’s dance parties and hen parties. We also deliver dance sessions in nurseries, schools and care homes, sharing the joy of movement across the wider community.
We are proud to be an I-PATH school and even prouder of the supportive community we continue to build - one dancer at a time.

HD Reform is a flexible, self-guided Reformer Pilates experience designed to fit around your schedule.
Using our in-studio system, you can enjoy professionally guided workouts in a calm, private setting - building strength, confidence, and control at your own pace.HD Reform

Hire the studio
Our custom built dance studios are in the centre of Bromham, offering state of the are facilities to the local community.
HDDS consists of two studios. The Daisy studio is our largest of the two, at 63metres squared.
The Daisy studio has fitted barres, dance flooring, floor to ceiling mirrors, speaker and water fountain. This studio is perfect for larger classes.
The Sunflower Studio is our purpose built yoga/pilates studio. With calm colours and lighting, this studio is perfect for those smaller intimate sessions. With a low ceiling, perfect for sound baths and retreats.
The Sunflower studio is equipped with Pilates equipment and yoga mats.
